  • 3 cups strawberries chopped
  • 3 cups rhubarb chopped
  • cups sugar

Method
 

  1. Wash and prepare fruit.
  2. Combine strawberries, rhubarb, sugar, and lemon juice.
  3. Heat until mixture boils.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer.
  5. Stir frequently until thickened.
  6. Pour into jars and cool.
