- Cream butter and sugar until fluffy

- Alternate dry ingredients and milk into wet mixture
- Pat blueberries dry
- Spread half batter in pan
- Distribute berries evenly
- Top with remaining batter
- Crumble streusel mixture over top
- Bake 45 minutes until golden
