  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • ½ cup butter, softened
  • 2 large eggs

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
  2. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with non-stick spray or butter
  3. Whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl
  4. In a separate bowl, mix yogurt, softened butter until smooth
  5. Add eggs to the wet ingredients and stir to combine
  6. Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients
  7. Do not stir; gently press down to flatten without mixing
  8. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden and a toothpick comes out clean
  9. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving
