Ingredients
  

  • 1 pie crust (baked)
  • 1 lb fresh strawberries
  • ¾ cups sugar
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Bake pie crust and let cool.
  2. Wash and slice strawberries.
  3. Cook sugar, cornstarch, and water until thick.
  4. Add mashed strawberries and vanilla.
  5. Arrange strawberries in crust.
  6. Pour glaze over strawberries.
  7. Chill 3–4 hours before serving.
