Ingredients
  

  • Pastry Dough (store-bought or homemade), thawed
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tbsp Sprinkles
  • 4 cups Fruits (seasonal variety, e.g., strawberries, peaches, blueberries)

Method
 

  1. Roll out the thawed pastry dough to fit your tart pan
  2. Press the dough into the pan and trim excess edges
  3. Use a fork to pierce the crust bottom
  4. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
  5. Bake crust 12–15 minutes until golden
  6. Cool crust while preparing fruit and egg wash
  7. Wash, peel (if needed), and slice fruits
  8. Arrange fruits in a decorative pattern on cooled crust
  9. Brush egg wash over the fruit
  10. Sprinkle toppings
  11. Return tart to oven for 10–12 minutes until glistening
  12. Cool completely before serving
