- Ripen watermelon in refrigerator for 30 minutes

- Chill first layer in refrigerator until firm (45 minutes)
- Whip gelatin packets in 2 cups boiling water each
- Pour each layer over cooled base in 30-minute intervals
- Crush remaining fruit and mix with cool whip
- Drape fruit-cool whip blend over set gelatin
- Refrigerate 3+ hours before slicing
