Method
- Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C)
- Mix graham cracker crumbs with 1 tbsp melted butter and 1 tbsp sugar
- Press mixture into pie molds to form bases
- In saucepan, combine corn syrup, sugar, glucose, 1/4 cup butter, and 1/2 cup water
- Cook over medium heat until 240°F (115°C), stirring constantly
- Remove from heat, add vanilla extract
- Pour hot mixture into prepared graham cracker bases
- Sprinkle with salted nuts if using
- Let cool completely before storing
