Method
- Melt butter or oil and mix with graham cracker crumbs and sugar
- Press crust into a 9-inch pie dish and refrigerate 15 minutes
- Whisk 2 tbsp cold cream with sugar, cornstarch; stir in remaining cream and vanilla
- Pour custard base over chilled crust and smooth surface
- Arrange sliced peaches on custard
- Chill for 20 minutes
- Sprinkle garam masala/or cinnamon; sit 5 minutes before serving
