Method
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Arrange graham cracker halves in a single layer.
- Place a chocolate square on 8 crackers, leaving the center free.
- Put a marshmallow on top of each chocolate square.
- Trim oversized marshmallows with kitchen shears if needed.
- Press gently to secure but avoid flattening.
- Broil 4-6" from heat for 1.5 minutes, watching closely to prevent burning.
- Remove from oven and top each with a second graham cracker half.
- Let rest 1 minute to set filling, then rotate 180° for even presentation.
- Serve warm with milk or coffee.
