Ingredients
  

  • 16 graham cracker halves
  • 8 oz semi-sweet chocolate, broken into squares
  • 16 large marshmallows (1.5" diameter)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon (optional, for sprinkling)

Method
 

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Arrange graham cracker halves in a single layer.
  3. Place a chocolate square on 8 crackers, leaving the center free.
  4. Put a marshmallow on top of each chocolate square.
  5. Trim oversized marshmallows with kitchen shears if needed.
  6. Press gently to secure but avoid flattening.
  7. Broil 4-6" from heat for 1.5 minutes, watching closely to prevent burning.
  8. Remove from oven and top each with a second graham cracker half.
  9. Let rest 1 minute to set filling, then rotate 180° for even presentation.
  10. Serve warm with milk or coffee.
